Conduct daily meetings with the Liquid Workshop team, perform risk assessments for all site activities, investigate reported safety risks (if any), and propose appropriate control measures.
Stay updated on new HSE regulatory requirements, understand and implement applicable ones to ensure site compliance in areas such as environmental protection, medical affairs, labor safety, chemical safety, and fire prevention. Coordinate with other departments for implementation when needed.
Follow up on the progress of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities or deviations identified during audits and inspections.
Provide training to employees and subcontractors when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all HSE SOPs are clearly communicated. Update SOPs when necessary to ensure their appropriateness.
Implement and monitor key HSE programs and events, including Safety Day, Environment Day, etc.
Observe waste destruction activities at the waste contractor’s site.
Conduct inspections and observations across all site areas to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.
Perform other HSE-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Education: University in Engineering, Environment, Safety or industrial Hygiene
Related experience: At least 2-year experience in HSE at multinational companies, preferable manufacturing.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Time management skill.
Good communication, influencing, teamwork is prefered.
