GO-PAK Vietnam, established in 2013 in Binh Duong, is a member of SCGP. The company specializes in manufacturing disposable food packaging products, including plastic and paper items, serving international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect food safety and hygiene practices, food sample storage. Monitor compliance with HSE procedures in production and construction.
- Identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace. Investigate, report, and propose solutions after incidents, accidents, or environmental issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for periodic inspections of machinery, equipment, electricity, fire prevention & fighting systems (PCCC), and provide advice on suitable PPE.
- Organize periodic health checks and maintain employee health records.
- Inspect and monitor the working environment, propose solutions to ensure workplace safety.
- Provide first aid support in case of workplace accidents.
- Plan and conduct periodic internal HSE audits.
- Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits (ISO 14000, CTPAT, SMETA, etc.).
- Manage, assign, and supervise HSE staff.
- Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE management system in compliance with laws and international standards.

Job Requirement

+ Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Environment, Occupational Safety & Health or HSE 

• Professional Qualifications: Environment/ HSE/ Technical background

• Years of Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Management level

• Technical Skills, leadership skills, good understanding of Health and Safety management systems, good communication

• Languages: Fluent in English
