Import Executive - Logistics Industry

Job Description

• Contacting with customer directly for all requirements about LCL import / Iso tank shipments
• Receiving and checking pre-alert/ documents from overseas office/agent: HBL/ MBL and related documents
• Tracking shipment and Submitting / Uploading e-manifest to the goverment
• Complete e-manifest
• Receiving arrival notice from co-loader/carrier and working with CFS warehouse then issuing Leschaco’s NOA and DO to customers
• Complete the shipment in Leschaco system according to Leschaco system regulation fully steps/input: shipment detail, (input/book) incoming/forwarding invoice, system closing, etcp
• Arrange payment on time with carrier/co-loader/ CFS warehouse and relevant parties
• Follow closely customer payment and complete the shipment in operation and system as soon as possible
• Follow customer/overseas office/Agent and relevant parties and track the shipment closely to update to Sales/customer effectively , saving cost and time.
• Paper document filling, report filling.
• Co-ordinating with related parties to do any extra tasks/ problem solving of import job: Amendment manifest, extend DO, related documents, etc
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
• Good planning, time management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines.
• Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
• Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
• Available for immediate onboarding

Required years of professional experience:

• Graduated University/ College, from 4-5 years’ experience in LCL Import / Export position
