We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import-Export Supervisor to lead and optimize our import-export operations. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient cross-border logistics while partnering with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Import–Export team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Oversee export bookings and monitor import shipment schedules for timely and accurate delivery.
• Work closely with the Export Sales team to prepare and verify export documentation, ensuring error-free and on-time submissions.
• Handle quota applications, tax reconciliation, and HS code verification with local authorities.
• Liaise with customs agents, testing centers, and consultants to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
• Standardize customs processes, maintain an organized HS code/product portfolio, and ensure proper filing systems.
• Support Head of Logistics with additional tasks and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics or related field
• Working experience in similar positions within Food industry is required; experience in FMCG is preferred
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, international trade agreements (EVFTA, ATIGA, etc.), and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
• Strong time management, ability to perform under pressure, and a solutions-oriented approach.
