Job Description

Lead the IE team to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational standards in sweater manufacturing.
Conduct time and motion studies, establish accurate SMVs, and maintain up-to-date operation bulletins for all sweater styles.
Plan and optimize manpower allocation, line balancing, and machine layout to meet daily production goals.
Coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth style changes and minimal production disruptions.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce cycle time and increase output.
Monitor performance metrics including line efficiency, machine utilization, output, and DHU, and take corrective actions where necessary.
Train and mentor IE staff and production supervisors on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
Provide accurate SMV data to support product costing and order pricing.

Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in the garment industry, preferably in sweater production.
Solid understanding of IE tools: SMV setting, line balancing, work-study, and factory layout planning.
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with AutoCAD, GSD, or other IE software is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
