Job Summary

As an Internal Audit Manager, lead high-impact audits across operational, compliance, financial, and investigative domains. Collaborate globally, leveraging strong technical and soft skills to enhance risk management and business processes in our Vietnam office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, defining objectives, scope, and procedures.
• Manage all audit phases: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform data analytics using tools like Power BI or Tableau to drive insights.
• Build strong relationships with management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop audit team members through training and coaching.
• Provide regular updates to APAC Internal Audit lead on progress and challenges.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in audit with a global corporation/CPA firm, with expertise in operational audits and investigations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in data analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent) required.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, ethical, and self-driven with excellent time management.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Other: Willingness to travel occasionally.
