Internal Control Intern

Job Description

· Prepare the Final Account data (Asset Management Process)

· Collect the financial documents and tracking with the project CAPEX

· Reconcile the Final Account data and Asset counting data

· Initials identify and clarify the root cause of difference between both data.

· Monitoring CCTV/ Alarm systems for stores. Provide timely support for CCTV requests

· Data entry: The Supplier Security data, Incident Report data, Inventory categories data, AMS data..

· Draw the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) with the guideline brief of Manager

· Assist the administration work of P&AP function

Job Requirement

·       Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Accounting or related disciplines.

·       Demonstrated interest in the Internal Control Role.

·       Previous experience in internal audit and loss prevention is a plus.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical mind.

·       Be proactive, self-initiative

·       Good command in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and draw BPMN tools (Visio, draw.io, Whimsical..)
