International project sales manager (Construction field)

Job Description

- Sales/ Marketing Activities: Develop clients base and conduct sales visit and marketing calls and others.

- Follow Up activities (before sales): follow up with sales enquires, preparation quotation& proposal, participate in project bidding…

- Follow Up activities (after sales): Monitor any required activities that will result in a smooth delivery

- Reporting Activities: Prepare sales forecast and sales release report…

- Sales Improvement plans: Networking / participating in forums, seminars and engineering association…

Job Requirement

-     Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field.

-     Knowledge of the construction market and customer dynamics.

-     Fluency in English and proficiency in Vietnamese are advantageous.

-     Minimum of 7 years of experience, in which 5 years in project sales management within the construction industry with sales export.

-     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-     Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

-     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-     Demonstrated result-oriented mindset and organizational skills.

-     Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.

-     A commitment to upholding the company's values and standards.
