Internship (Admin Support - 4 months)

Job Description

As a Admin Intern, you will work in an entry-level capacity to support the Accounting team by focusing on administrative tasks. The primary Intern job duties can include:

• Support filing documents properly as instructed by Finance team
• Support asset tagging and physical check for year end closing
• Support Finance team during auditing process
• Other administrative tasks upon request

Job Requirement

• Final year university student
• Willing to provide responsive and timely administrative supports upon request
• Good time management, administrative and coordination ability
• Hold “can-do” attitude and teamwork spirit.

Other informations:

• Working time: Monday - Friday (08.30AM - 05.30PM)
• Internship period: 4 months
• Internship allowance: VND 100,000/day, 1 bottle of fresh milk/day
