Perform In-Process Quality audit to check the compliance of production operator, machine setting, production handling following to working instruction, check card and IPQC form.
Perform Outgoing Quality Control for the finished goods, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards before shipping by following check card and OQC form.
Provide decision for the non-conformance/ unsure products raised by production operators by following to check card and cosmetic criteria.
Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition
Perform compliance audit to detect potential issue/risk proactively
Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue
Job Requirement
1. Academic - Qualified education from mechanism, electronic, automation, industries or 12/12
2. Years of experience - At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC. 3. Special knowledge - Using ERP system to traceback material, PO#, SO#,.. - Able to read drawing - Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, height gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,..)
