IPQC Technician (District 9)

• Perform In-Process Quality audit to check the compliance of production operator, machine setting, production handling following to working instruction, check card and IPQC form.
• Perform Outgoing Quality Control for the finished goods, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards before shipping by following check card and OQC form.
• Provide decision for the non-conformance/ unsure products raised by production operators by following to check card and cosmetic criteria.
• Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
• Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition
• Perform compliance audit to detect potential issue/risk proactively
• Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Academic
- Qualified education from mechanism, electronic, automation, industries or 12/12

2. Years of experience
- At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC.​
3. Special knowledge
- Using ERP system to traceback material, PO#, SO#,..
- Able to read drawing
- Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, height gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,..)
