Responsibilities:
· Manage daily IT operations: hardware, software, network troubleshooting.
· Provide technical support to employees, ensuring stable system performance.
· Maintain and update internal IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and office devices.
· Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security.
· Coordinate with Group global IT, vendors and service providers for update soft ware, IT equipment and support other requests.
· Data backup & recovery: Regularly back up data, test recovery processes, and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan.
· Propose improvements to IT processes and tools.
· Provide IT training sessions to staff to improve digital literacy.
· Support and maintain ERP, WMS, TMS, CargoWise and other logistics-related systems.
· Ensure compliance with personal data protection laws and corporate policies.
· Develop and implement IT policies, management budget, and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
· Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
· Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, cybersecurity, data protection, and database management.
· 2+ years of IT leader experience (preferably candidate worked in JPN company, or logistics, forwarding, or warehousing.)
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Certificate of formal IT training programs will be a plus
· Proven experience in IT project management and digital transformation.
· Ability to build IT roadmap and align with business strategy.
· Ability to work in group and able to work under high-pressure
· Ability to work hard and takes responsibility
