Manage computing resources for organizations across many industries;
Ensure that a company’s information technology is continuously available and secure;
Work closely with the rest of our team to ensure that the company is using the most up-to-date technology to run business;
Will be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software used by our company is compatible, secure, and scalable;
Be responsible for managing our internal network and providing support for our staff.
Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks;
Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met
Lead the international version TPA R&D team, responsible for software development, testing, and deployment;
Ensure the high quality and performance of software products, meeting customer needs and market trends ;
Guarantee timely delivery of high-quality system products by the team and manage their training and development ;
Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders, establishing and sustaining positive business relationships;
Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3 years in a development management role, proficiency in Java, and full-stack development capabilities;
English proficiency as a working language. Preferred: Experience in multilingual system development or overseas insurance system development;
Exceptional team leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in an international environment;
Excellent communication skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
