The Project Coordinator ensures effective budget planning, financial tracking, and cost optimization across IT projects while coordinating with finance, procurement, and IT teams.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Assist in IT project planning, establish timelines, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
Manage the meeting calendar, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups on project decisions.
Financial Oversight & Budget Control
Support IT project managers in financial forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis to optimize budget utilization.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure effective budget monitoring and reporting.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure IT expenditures comply with financial policies and procurement guidelines.
Maintain accurate financial records for audits and internal reporting.
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years in finance, accounting, or IT budget/project coordination.
Experience in IT budgeting and technology cost management is a plus.
Work related skills:
Proficiency in financial planning, cost analysis, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), Power BI, or financial software.
