Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems) and devices (laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc.) across the Office, Stores, and Warehouse.
Distribute, set up and hand over IT equipment on-site, including installation of drivers, Windows, and Office.
Provide timely IT support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring reliable performance of systems and minimal downtime.
Manage IT inventory and asset life cycle.
Work with the regional IT team on servers, upgrades and projects.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for equipment, internet services and billing.
Monitor software licenses and ensure timely renewal.
Implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Propose upgrades and solutions to improve IT systems and mitigate potential risks.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or related field.
Min 2 years of experience in IT Support (In-house/ Outsourced).
Working experience in retail or store chains is a plus.
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Hardware & software support.
Windows OS, Microsoft Office, drivers and basic application troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic English proficiency (written and spoken), sufficient for work communication.
CCNA certification is preferred.
Independent, can work with minimal supervision.
Attentive to detail.
Customer-service mindset.
Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
Flexibility to extend working hours as needed to complete tasks.
