Job Description

- Monitor and manage the company’s overall accounts receivable and payable.

Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ toàn Công ty.

- Identify and propose provisions for doubtful debts, as well as handle overdue receivables across the company.

Xác định, đề xuất lập dự phòng và xử lý những trường hợp công nợ phải thu khó đòi toàn Công ty

- Review and reconcile data among departments, verify accounting entries, and ensure consistency between detailed and general ledgers.

Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu các phòng ban, bộ phận, các định khoản phát sinh và cân đối số liệu kế toán chi tiết và tổng hợp

- Record accounting transactions and prepare financial settlements.

Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán, lập quyết toán

- Prepare periodic financial statements, tax reports (quarterly and annually), and other detailed explanatory reports as required.

Lập các báo cáo tài chính, thuế định kỳ theo quý, năm và các báo cáo giải trình chi tiết

- Clarify and provide supporting documents and data to tax authorities, auditors, or inspectors upon request.

Giải trình các số liệu báo cáo và cung cấp hồ sơ, số liệu cho cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, thanh tra kiểm tra theo yêu cầu

- Collect, compile, and summarize accounting data when required.

Thống kê và tổng hợp số liệu kế toán khi có yêu cầu

- Organize, store, and secure accounting documents while maintaining data confidentiality.

Tập hợp, lưu trữ, bảo quản chứng từ, bảo mật số liệu kế toán

Job Requirement

-       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Tối nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Kế toán – Tài chính

-       3–4 years of experience in a General Accountant position.

Có kinh nghiệm từ 3-4 năm ở vị trí Kế toán tổng hợp;

-       Proficient in accounting software.

Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm kế toán

-       Strong knowledge of accounting practices, data analysis, consolidation, and reporting.

Nắm vững các nghiệp vụ kế toán, kiến thức về phân tích, tổng hợp dữ liệu và viết báo cáo

-       Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in work.

Cẩn thận, trung thực, có trách nhiệm với công việc

-       Basic English communication skills.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
