Implemented strategic projects within the organization to driver “Customer Centricity” as a core focus;
Coordinate with businesses and stakeholders from customers engagement, market study, costing, designing, procurement (packaging material, raw material), logistics, finance, planning and production.
Effectively manage information systems in storing and visualizing data when reporting to managers;
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Food science, Agriculture, IMEX or a related field;
Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, customer service, Food industry, FMCG. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply;
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively;
Drive & Persistence: Highly self-motivated, persistent, innovation and competitive with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment;
Organizational Skills: time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Willing to work in Dong Nai.
