Job Description

Plan, design, and develop automated machines and devices for Regent factories;
Monitor and supervise the fabrication and assembly processes;
Create detailed assembly drawings and instructions;
Provide training and hand over automation to end users;
Collect improvement ideas from internal sources (Regent factories) and external sources; evaluate and develop them for implementation in the plant

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering (IE);
Preferred candidates with 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and a similar role;
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics systems and PDCA implementation;
Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, ETC;
Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
