REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor Degree in Technical Fields and above
Experience
5 years managerial experience in Quality managing/Engineering/Testing related field.
(Reliability laboratory related and ISO 17025 knowledge will be preferred)
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering is required. (Full
knowledge on this will be preferred)
Functional Skills
- Excellent Local language, Good English (at least Written and reading) and Chinese is advantage.
- Fully understand the test laboratory operation and international standard.
- Good skills to solve problems.
- Good managing and planning skills.
- Good communication, leading and interpersonal skills.
- Typically supervises persons in the Test Lab including engineer, technician, operator and clerk.
- Monitor the test request & testing progress and approve the test reports that assure procedures are followed and all staff work efficiently and safely.
- Connect what employees do to the future direction of your department.
- Build commitment and create enthusiasm in a way that stimulates each to excellence.
- Support and build collaborative relationship with the team and other at all levels of the organization and with external constituents.
- Access the contributions and development needs of employees and help them plan and coach their future development.
- Active as a bridge between manager and subordinate that harmonize and assign the Reliability Lab work.
- Regular interactions with the relevant technical issues with other department within the company.
