Plan and implement the development sales and/or tenant mix for the mall to achieve the sales and rental projection/targets set by management
Responsible for tenancy negotiations for all tenants and attend to/resolve any tenancy related matters.
Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
Conduct market research and provide up to date information on the industry and competitors. Devise and advise on strategies and plans to enhance mall’s positioning and competitiveness
Negotiate leasing terms and oversee the preparation of Offers and Tenancy Agreements Project rental revenue
Monitor and research on market trends and the competition landscapes for business planning purpose.
Supervise and lead the Leasing team to meet their and the team’s KPIs set by management. Engage, guide and mentor members to reach their best potential by identifying gaps in their skillsets and providing relevant on the job training.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business related.
At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position of a successful shopping centre/s.
Evidence of strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
Excellent in commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent people management skills
Knowledge of tenancy related issues in shopping malls.
Strong engaging stakeholders
Ability to build positive relationships with retailers, commercial operators, and brands
