Legal Senior Specialist shall handle and support the Legal Manager to handle all legal matters in terms of the Company’s operation as well as the clients’ requirements
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Legal Research & Risk Analysis
Research, study and analyze legal sources (laws, treaties, judicial decisions, etc.)
Analyze current and potential legal risks
Assist in legal due diligence
2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents
Prepare contracts, agreements, and arrangements
Review legal documents before final Legal Manager review
Ensure compliance and accuracy of legal texts
Draft official letters, PoAs, LoAs, decisions
3. Legal Document Control & Compliance
Maintain and update legal literature
Ensure legal documents (e.g. Charter, Internal Labor Rules) are up to date and compliant
Monitor and file legal documents properly
4. Corporate Legal Procedures & Government Liaison
Prepare applications for business establishment, adjustment, dissolution
Liaise with competent authorities
5. Internal Legal Support & Governance
Draft and revise internal policies and company regulations
Participate in legal-related projects
Create legal presentations
Handle general legal admin tasks
6. Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Assist Legal Manager in handling litigation, complaints, and claims
7. Legal Department Admin
Organize correspondence and collect information
Maintain department calendar, schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Other tasks assigned by Legal Manager
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Law
3–5 year working experience in legal roles, preferably in law firms, professional service companies or corporate legal departments.
Hands-on experience in contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal procedures
Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to labor, investment, commercial, enterprise, and administrative procedures.
Proficient in English, discuss in terms of legal matter in English and advise client in terms of legal matter in English
