Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Freight Forwarding Operations:

● Coordinate and monitor freight forwarding activities, including import/export, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

● Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

● Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.).

● Handle operational issues in organizing clients’ shipments.

● Track shipments and update clients on cargo status.

Support reporting and basic office administration when required. including procurement, inventory management, and coordination with vendors.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

●        Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

●        2 - 4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

●        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

●        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software (e.g., Cargo Wise, SAP, or equivalent).

●        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

●        Experience in handling sea freight, air freight, and land transport operations.

●        Familiarity with incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance.

●        Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., English, Mandarin, or any regional language).
