LOGISTICS STAFF

Job Description

- Check MNR daily Report/volume from DEPOT including: Input to HQ MNR system. Input the MNR charge into AF system..

- Checking & revert HQ's request. Checking & reply customer's request.

- Check MNR Report/volume from DEPOT including: Checking & revert HQ's request. Checking & reply customer's request.

- Arrange units for offhire

- Send our bkg demand to HQ every week. Find suitable bookings, and revise empty pick up place, then send to MKT team

to send for customers.

- Pushing depots to release empty idle priority

- Contact depot to settle down the related issues (such as: support empty pick up/return/delivery seal/settle down

customer complaints ...)

- Oganize the bidding, review the rate, update HQ & arrange the procedures to delivery Ctnr for buyer

- Combine booking list from Trades, and send to depots/Terminal

- Input data from invoices then print out checking sheet

- Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Foreign Trade, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Minimum of 1 year experience in depot is priority.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
