• Support maintenance and repairs carried out according to work orders, ensuring all quality requirements are met.

• Support the timely provision of feedback to the planner/controller regarding schedule deviations and pending tasks.

• Support efforts to identify machinery parts that require special attention by continuously monitoring equipment to detect potential breakdowns early.

• Assist in predicting breakdowns and implementing improvements to prevent them.

• Support initiatives to reduce waste and minimize time spent locating tools and spare parts.

• Contribute to improving workplace and machinery safety.

You’ve got the “X-factor” we need if you are:

- A final-year student majoring in a relevant STEM field at university in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

- Ready to work at our South Plant (Tay Ninh), with full-time availability in either administrative hours or 8-hour shifts (depending on the role).

- Having a GPA of 6.5/10 or higher.

- A responsible, committed, grounded, and innovative team player.
