Job Description

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and prepare corporate establishment and compliance documents.
• Advise on foreign investment, enterprise formation, labor, M&A, due diligence, real estate, and general corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Handle other assignments from partners and management.

Job Requirement

• Valid lawyer practicing certificate in Vietnam.
• At least two years of experience in a foreign or leading domestic law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex work independently under deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese legal drafting.
• Experience in legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
• Good command of MS Office and online research tools.
