Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Daily service performance of all machinery and equipment.

• Execute the transactions in SAP system: create CM order, follow up and monitor PM plan, print-out document for sign-off and controlling.

• Collect & consolidate the PM module data in SAP (BOM, equipment, ...), updating and monitoring these data.

• Support to design / build up material list / monitor and follow up progress scope that relates to modification / improvement/ Capex projects.

• Follow up and supervise the electrician/mechanic team.

• Support to handle the minor & medium issues.

• Timely request to Engineering Supervisor for replacement of parts if necessary, according to PM plan.

• Plan and supervise the inspection and maintenance of auxiliary systems serving production such as: Air-compressor, compressed air tanks, compressed air pipes, hydraulic systems, electric hoist, hand winch, etc.

• Record information from relevant sources about machinery breakdowns to report to the Department Head for review and planning.

• Monitor the progress of assigned tasks according to the plan; if any issues arise, identify the cause and propose appropriate solutions that balance requirements and available resources.

Installation, repair & maintenance of all equipment & machinery.

• Daily checks & update all information relating to all machinery & equipment in SAP system.

• Report & record down as per designed form.

• Ensure all machinery & equipment well & properly control in SAP system as well as comply with IFG’s guideline.

Report

• Fully complete all reports on SAP

• Prepare periodic maintenance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) as requested by the Department Head

Job Requirement

• University/ College degree. Major in mechanical

• At least 5-year working experience in relevant works. Previous work experience with foreign investment enterprise is an advantage

• Medium knowledge of machinery maintenance, and ability to understand technical documents are crucial.

• Be able to communicate in English is an advantage.

• Good computer literacy (Ms Office)

• Good to use drawing software (Cad2D, …)

• Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure.
