Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining the entire store and warehouse system, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers).
• Plan and conduct regular cleaning and maintenance for air conditioners and related equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections of coolers and freezers to ensure stable operation and energy efficiency.
• Propose solutions to improve and enhance the performance of equipment and machinery.
• Assist with additional maintenance and repair tasks as requested by management.

Job Requirement

1.       Professional qualifications: Graduated from College/University in Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Electric/Automatic or related fields.

2.      Experience (years): At least 3 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing, PLC…preferably in retail stores or warehouses.

3.      Knowledgeable about electrical systems, air conditioners, coolers, freezers, and other technical equipment.

4.      Strong planning and organizational skills.

5.      High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

6.      Willing to travel within the Dong Nai & Binh Duong areas.
