Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Assistant Sales Manager (Construction Machinery, 1100$, ID 16189)

• Accountable and responsible for leading teams to meet individual and business growth and sales targets.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings to strategically handle pricing, complaints, collections, and sales volumes.
• Recognize industry trends and demands, offer advice, and put suitable company plans into action.
• Manages relationships with customers with an eye toward ongoing improvement.
• Responsible for the debt incurred in collecting receivables.
• Create a sales training program to assist in the development of both new and current team members.
• Take corrective measures and pinpoint sales hazards.
• Weekly, monthly, or annual reports to the general director as needed.

Job Requirement

• Male/ Female, 25-40 Years old
• Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, construction or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position selling construction machinery or building material
• Good at English
