Job Description

Support technicians due to machine breakdowns with a view to minimizing downtime and improving long term machine reliability
Identify CNC machine, Heat Treatment Furnace issues and engineer and coordinate repair solutions for those machine issues.
Assist skilled trades with troubleshooting.
Implement predictive and condition based maintenance using the latest technology and best practices.
Participate in operation teams planning and purchasing of capital equipment.
Maintain procedures and the person will work to identify machine issues and engineer and coordinate repair solutions for those machine issues.
Make decisions on "maintenance" related projects in the departments they will be supporting; these decisions can range from purchasing spare parts to scheduling staff for maintenance events.
Manage stability of machine with 5% downtime and 95% PM on time and good quality as well
Improvement plan for key machine.
Training technician
Report to maintenance manager about status of machine, budget
Supports Operations in developing Autonomous Maintenance systems including visual work instructions, daily check lists and training on Preventative Maintenance tasks & general equipment care.
