Job Description

Support daily operations and improvements of SMT, UF, and De-flux processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
Monitor and control Q-time throughout the production line and at individual workstations.
Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Operating Instructions (MOIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and process transfers.
Track process performance, conduct root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
Participate in yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives through process optimization.
Provide technical support and basic training for production operators.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with SMT processes is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Good communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork abilities.
