Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (Jig Engineer)

Job Description

1. Follow up plans of sample building and/or new products to design tools/jigs on time.
2. Monitor operations of making tools/jigs/fixtures to correct and improve immediately any issues and update design drawings accordingly.
3. Produce high quality, reliable and cost-effective jigs & fixture designs.
4. Compile design drawings, review and verify the made tools/jigs/fixtures with Quality Control Engineer to make sure it is good for use or need further improvements/modifications.
5. Standardize design of parts and layout of fixtures/jigs to improve performance/cost/quality and processing conveniently.
6. Interface with relative personnel to actively troubleshoot problems as well as continually improve the process. Ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved pertain to Safety, Quality, Production, Cost Standards, and Operational Excellence.
7. Participate and assist in the development of new process technology, equipment, and projects.

Job Requirement

• University Degree in Mechatronics.
• Fresh or one year experience in Machine/Fixtures Design Engineering in manufaturing plant.
• Knowledge in product analysis
• Familiar with testing equipment
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 ; IATF 16946
• PC skill: Autocad, Solidworks, Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Good in reading, writing English
• Trustworthy and accuracy
• Good reporting skills
• Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working, ability in problem solving
