1. Digital campaign execution: Support on material development & media monitoring, product update on website
2. Event support : Support and execute on all Marketing events (logistic arrangement/POSM preparation…)
3. Support all Admin jobs: Reporting, tracking Invoice/PO . Maintain updated library documentation of approval forms, certifications, applications, and reports…
• Final year of university or fresh graduate, prefer in Marketing or Business Administration
• Use good English in communication and reporting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using reporting systemssuch as SAP, DERP is an advantage
• Result-oriented
• Fast learner
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Good at interpersonal skill & communication skill
• Sense of responsibility and ownership in work
• Be proactive in work and have initiative and creativity in marketing activities
