As a Cultural Engagement Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that reflect our commitment to engaging in various cultures and broadening multiethnic knowledge. This role is perfect for a marketing professional who is deeply passionate about driving social change and ensuring that all voices are heard and represented.

This internship is remote and unpaid. Interns are expected to work 15-20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight our mission of promoting inclusion and equity. Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our core values and objectives.

  • Content Creation: Create compelling and culturally sensitive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Ensure all content reflects our commitment to equity and inclusivity.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that raise awareness about our services and impact. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

  • Community Engagement: Engage with diverse communities to build relationships and foster trust. Develop initiatives that promote inclusion and encourage community participation.

Job Requirement

  • Passion for Inclusion: A strong commitment to fighting inequality and promoting inclusion in the workplace. 
  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, and business.  

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and engaging content. 

  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 

  • Analytical and Business Development Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook and preferred experience in leadership and advocacy.
