To identify consumers needs, insights & market potential then propose new brands or new products / SKUs / variants or improvements for existing products.
To set marketing strategies, plans for new brands, products including defining target consumers / audience, product positioning, competing, unique selling points (UPS), pricing, value chain, promotion, communication, distribution, etc…
To forecast & plan of sales, expenses and return on investment (ROI) for new brands / new products / SKUs / variants.
To work with manufacturing partners for production, supply chain and inventory replenishment.
To lead, deploy & coordinate with company internal functions or outsourcing agencies to successfully market the new brands, new products, SKUs, variants.
2). Marketing for current AD owned brands & partners’ brands which AD provides full distribution services
3). Marketing support for the company’s e-commerce channel, re-build & improve websites of AD company.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 03 years experiences as a Marketing Manager.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Background with at least 05 years of experience in OTC / vitamin marketing/ MT/ GT.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
