The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping marketing strategies to enhance Nhất Tín Logistics' brand position in the transportation industry (especially high-value goods and customized delivery services). This position is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives, supporting business development, improving customer experience, and optimizing marketing operations (start immediately).

2. Key Responsibilities
a. Brand Development and Management
Develop a comprehensive branding strategy to strengthen Nhất Tín Logistics' position in the high-value goods transportation market.
Implement multi-channel communication campaigns to ensure consistent brand recognition across digital platforms and traditional media.
Define content strategy to ensure a clear, unique, and competitive brand message.
b. Market Research & Product Development
Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends and customer behavior to propose optimal marketing strategies.
Recommend product/service improvements based on market data and customer feedback.
Prepare periodic analytical reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
c. Digital Assets & Media Management
Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Manage content to ensure consistency and effectiveness of digital communication campaigns.
Work with content creation teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
d. Business Development Support
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract and retain B2B customers.
Create lead generation strategies and optimize sales processes to support the Sales team.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop personalized marketing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the Logistics or B2B commerce industry.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, market analysis, and customer behavior.
Hands-on experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity in marketing development.
