ME Engineer/ Senior Engineer (Project Transfer) - Cu Chi (Having shuttle bus)

Job Description

Be responsible for transferring new project from China or US to VN. Project management.

Be responsible to improve fixture & support production for EB/QB, Mass Production Run.

• New project routing estimation, MVB, Jig, and fixture budget.
• New Project follow up: QB/EB establish.
• New project process design and PFMEA.
• New project Jig and fixture design, fabricate
• Work with IE for document preparation such as Working Instruction, Process Manual…
• Work with PE team for analysis/ investigate the failure tools, OQC Finding, ORT failure.
• ESB/EB/QB/PR trouble shooting.
• New project launch approval
• Mat CIP (Continues improvement process) follow up. New Project Efficiency

Job Requirement

• University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering.
• Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous.
• Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
