Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

· Design & Development Support:

o Play the role as the Quality representative on new product development.

o Review product design outputs are met requirement of feature list and tech. specs.

o Develop the design controls and quality plans of product and components level.

· Risk Management:

o Perform product risk assessments, including P&D FMEA, to identify and mitigate design-related risks.

o Propose risk mitigation consistency plan to the supervisor for approval.

· Testing & Validation support:

o Conduct testing and validation to ensure the design meets performance and standards on the sample and the prototype at phase.

o Collaborate with teams on design, manufacturing feasibility to verify the product design.

· Compliance & Documentation:

o Lead the documentation of product design quality to support product development and manufacturing.

o Store all records of design reviews, test results, and quality assurance activities at during product development phases.

Job Requirement

• - A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  - 3+ years of experience in design and product development, with a focus on consumer electronic, life-style product. Knowledge about air purifier and water purifier is a plus.

  - Understanding of technical documentation, design controls, standards and certifications (ISO, IEC, TCVN, Intertek, UL, etc.)

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.

  - Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and down-stream product delivery.

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
