Oversee the MEP design process from concept through construction.
Manage and coordinate the work of design engineers and technicians.
Develop and review MEP design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for MEP systems.
Review and approve design modifications and changes.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in MEP technologies.
Prepare and present reports on project status and design issues to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Fluent in English
Proven experience in MEP design and management (from 10 years of experience)
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
