Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled MEP Engineer to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, preparing technically accurate proposals, and providing MEP design solutions that align with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and client requirements to develop suitable MEP solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed and competitive technical proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation including BOQs, equipment selections, and preliminary designs.
• Present and explain MEP systems to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the estimation team by providing technical input and value engineering options.
• Conduct site visits or attend project meetings when required to gather technical data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC), and technological developments.
• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in MEP design, estimation, or presales.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), MS Excel, and other engineering tools.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.  
• Must be able to communicate Vietnamese & English.  

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
