Mine Manager

Oversee and optimize limestone and clay quarry operations to meet production volume and quality targets.

Ensure full compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental protection policies.

Develop and implement short-term and long-term mining plans.

Manage quarry personnel, equipment, and resource allocation efficiently.

Control operational costs and monitor fuel, explosives, and maintenance budgets.

Coordinate with technical and production departments to ensure timely supply of raw materials.

Prepare and submit regular operational and compliance reports to senior management.

Possess over 10 years of experience in the mining or cement industry, including proven track record in quarry management.

Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication, with strong reporting and presentation skills.

Proficient in relevant mining software (e.g., Surpac, Minesched) and MS Office applications
