Monitor the timeline across all project stages (Ideation → Concept → Development → Launch).
Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, etc., to ensure deadlines are met and conflicts are minimized.
Gate Meeting Leadership
Act as the chair for Gate Reviews across key project stages (Concept Gate, Development Gate, Launch Gate).
Provide direction for discussions, make recommendations and decisions to ensure project progress and quality.
Serve as the focal point for compiling and reporting to the BOD.
Risk & Budget Management
Collaborate with Finance to evaluate budgets and manage scope changes.
Proactively raise early warnings of risks that may impact quality, timeline, or costs.
Ensure stakeholders comply with the NPD process.
Ensure all steps are carried out in compliance with the established SOP.
Propose process improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects.
Responsible for pre-launch and post-launch follow-up
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry or related fields.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Experience in coordinating new product development projects or operating the launch a new product processes.
Experience participating in or supporting Gate Meetings, managing timeline, risks, and budget.
Preference for candidates with PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certifications (Prince2, Agile, etc.)
Proficient in project planning and management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Able to create and standardize templates: business case, risk register, project tracker.
