Nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng

Job Description

• Received order from customer: confirmed email then make PI / layout. Set up new Item / new price.
• After Approved issue SO / PO and pass to production dept or supplier.
• Confirmed ETD with client.
• Follow up with production / supplier and make sure ship out on time.
• Send PL & AWB after sending.
• Send Invoice / shipping doc on each shipment.
• Overtime working (if need).

Nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng: xác nhận email rồi lập PI/layout. Thiết lập mặt hàng mới/giá mới

Sau khi phê duyệt phát hành SO/PO và chuyển cho bộ phận sản xuất hoặc nhà cung cấp

Xác nhận ETD với khách hàng

Theo dõi sản xuất / nhà cung cấp và đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn.

Gửi Hóa đơn/chứng từ vận chuyển theo từng lô hàng

Gửi PL & AWB sau khi gửi

Làm thêm giờ (nếu cần)

Job Requirement

Working hour: Monday – Friday 08:00AM -17:00 PM

Attitude: Positive, optimistic working attitude, ability to accept high-intensity work 

Skills:

• Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Have good team spirit and proactive work attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and able to work under high-pressure

Knowledge: 

• Graduated from University for printing,... Have corresponding printing &packaging experience (Knowledge of Label & Packaging is an advantage)
• Minimum 1 years-experience in customer service (Knowledge of Label & Packaging is an advantage)
• Analytical skills, investigation roots of causes, corrective and preventive measures
• Have knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, Analysis, Statistics

Always ready to learn, share, and train knowledge and experience for colleagues and employees of relevant departments at the Natco factory

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành in ấn,... 

Có kinh nghiệm in ấn bao bì tương ứng (Kiến thức về Nhãn & Bao bì là một lợi thế).

Thái độ làm việc tích cực, lạc quan, có khả năng chấp nhận công việc cường độ cao

Kỹ năng

• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, phán đoán và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và bằng lời nói bằng tiếng Anh xuất sắc
• Có tinh thần đồng đội tốt và thái độ làm việc chủ động. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực cao
• Kỹ năng phân tích thống kê, điều tra nguyên nhân gốc rễ,Biện pháp phòng ngừa.
• Có hiểu biết về Sản xuất tinh gọn,5S, khả năng thống kê,phân tích.
