Job Description

• Giám sát, kiểm tra điều kiện an toàn tại nơi làm việc / Monitor and inspect workplace safety conditions
• Xây dựng, triển khai và cập nhật quy trình, hướng dẫn an toàn / Develop, implement, and update safety procedures & guidelines
• Tổ chức đào tạo an toàn lao động cho nhân viên và nhà thầu / Conduct safety training for employees and contractors
• Kiểm tra, đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa / Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive measures
• Theo dõi, điều tra và lập báo cáo tai nạn lao động / Investigate, record, and report workplace accidents
• Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng, PCCC, môi trường khi cần / Coordinate with authorities, fire police, and environment agencies
• Đảm bảo đầy đủ trang thiết bị bảo hộ lao động, PCCC / Ensure availability of PPE and firefighting equipment
• Định kỳ kiểm tra và báo cáo tình hình an toàn cho Ban Giám đốc / Regularly check and report safety performance to Management.

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, Môi trường hoặc liên quan / Graduated from College/Intermediate level in Occupational Safety, Environment, or related fields
• Am hiểu luật lao động, luật an toàn – vệ sinh lao động, PCCC / Knowledge of Labor Law, Occupational Safety, Fire Prevention regulations
• Có chứng chỉ về an toàn, PCCC (ưu tiên) / Safety or Fire Safety certificate (preferred)
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát an toàn trong công ty sản xuất / At least 3 years of safety supervision experience in manufacturing companies
• Kỹ năng phân tích rủi ro, tổ chức đào tạo, xử lý tình huống / Skills in risk assessment, training, and incident handling
• Sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Chủ động, cẩn thận, trách nhiệm cao / Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible
