Job Description

1. Sell/trade ground/ and whole pepper (other agri-products) to international customers.
2. Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize profit while managing commercial risks.
3. Collaborate closely with the factory to ensure product quality, specifications, and packaging meet customer demands.
4. Collaborate with the factory and supply chain teams to coordinate the shipments.
5. Visit the factory to oversee quality control before shipment dispatch.
6. Evaluate market trends to diversify products and expand production.
7. Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
8. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
9. Identify new customers, expand new markets, and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

1. A strong business mindset and passion for sales, trading, or international commerce.
2. Experience in pepper/spices is a plus but not required. We value drive, communication skills, and learning agility.
3. Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
4. Independent, proactive, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
5. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
6. English skill - daily communication with international customers. 
7. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Trade, or related fields.
