Office Administrator (Long An)

Job Description

Who We Are:

• We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in and support the initial set up and operations of our local factory from a very early stage.
• Partner with and provide administrative support to Factory/Production Manager to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support including managing office supplies, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics, Business Visa Application and other operational tasks.
• Organize and coordinate office and premise maintenance to maintain clean and healthy work environment.
• Support implementation of corporate operating and brand policies, procedures and standards, and provide input to create improved processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide strong assistant on Compliance Audits;
• Other tasks assigned by Superior

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in office administration; previous manufacturing or production environment exposure is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft office, esp., excel, outlook
• College above and fluent English; Speaking Mandarin is a strong asset.   
• Strong sense of accountability
• You demonstrate an ability to  work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment within strict deadlines  and with a sense of urgency. You have a positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities. You learn quickly and are open to feedback
