- Annually supervise the strategic planning and budgeting processes pertaining to operations and maintenance. - Regular surveillance and evaluation of policies and systems to ascertain their continued applicability; implement modifications as required to enhance the processes and procedures of property management. - Manage cyclical enhancement and repair projects, supervise the management of minor capital projects, and manage term contracts.
- Oversee the management of contractors who provide a variety of services at our properties and oversee security management. - Serve as the primary point of contact between regulatory authorities and tenants, manage and coordinate the resolution of complaints, and advise the on-site staff on how to resolve issues with direction and expertise. - Offer resolutions to obstacles encountered by the group and guarantee comprehensive adherence to regulatory obligations, including but not limited to the Workplace Safety & Health Act. - Oversee the implementation of system audits and the plan, investigate the possibility of continuous process improvements, and guarantee timely management reporting. - Undertake additional tasks that are assigned by management that are related.
Job Requirement
-At least 3 years of relevant experience and expertise of all stages of property management, including the procurement of property management services.
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be advantageous.
- Excellent team player with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Demonstrates good leadership and project management abilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Set a good example by encouraging positive thinking within the team to improve the working environment.
