The Omni-Channel Operations PMO is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing projects and initiatives of the omni-channel operations team. The role ensures alignment of operational efficiency, service consistency through effective project governance and execution.
1. Operations Project Portfolio Management
Oversee and manage the portfolio of omni-channel operations projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful and timely execution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional project managers and key stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
2. Operational Improvement & Efficiency
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps across customer channels and operational workflows.
Propose and support the implementation of operational improvement initiatives, including process automation, system integration, and workflow optimization.
3. Cross-Channel Coordination
Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams (e.g., Store Operations, IT, Marketing, Merchandise, Customer Service) to ensure cohesive execution of omni-channel operations strategies.
Act as a central point of contact to align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across departments.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain project dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports to provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Utilize data and insights to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement across operations.
5. Resource & Budget Management
Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across projects and initiatives.
Assist in budget planning, tracking, and cost control for omni-channel operations initiatives.
Job Requirement
Knowledge:
- Best knowledge of operation at ecommerce, hyper market / retailer and Omni Channel business
- Proficient in operations project management
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years experience in operation at ecommerce platforms, hyper market or retailer. Omni channel or E-commerce experience is preferred.
Language: English
Office skills: MS Office, Operation system like POS, OMS, Picking App, LMS
