Oversee Branch Operations’ Financial Performance and Budgetary Compliance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all divisions comprises logistics and branches.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory guidelines, best practices, and company standards, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
Cultivate a High-Performance culture and lead the staff effectively.
Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Job Requirement
Education: bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, finance FP&A, or a closely related field.
Experience: extensive experience in healthcare management, minimum 5 years, preferably in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization or retail operations
Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning and operational leadership.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Language: English languages is a preferred qualification.
