Job Requirement
Graduated from College or above.
Good verbal and written communication skills, especially in English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Leader roles.
Experience in Content Moderation and Contact Center is a plus.
Deep understanding of operation management, including performance metrics system, efficiency enhancement and etc.
Proficient skills with MS Office.
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills
