Job Description

Order Management & System Updates

• Process customer orders and verify Purchase Orders (POs) for system upload.

• Update order details, including quantity, delivery date, FOB price, and export location.

Production & Delivery Control

• Develop production timelines to ensure on-time shipments.

• Collaborate with Planning, WIP, and Merch teams to monitor production progress.

• Compare actual progress against planned schedules to meet confirmed garment delivery dates.

• Proactively alert relevant departments to potential delays and drive for solutions.

PO Change Monitoring & Internal Communication

• Track PO changes (quantity, FOB, VAS, export location, etc.).

• Distribute revised POs to all relevant internal teams.

Shipment Support & Reporting

• Confirm FOB prices and HS codes with the Import-Export team.

• Track POs with missing delivery updates and report discrepancies.

• Prepare reports on seasonal order quantities, delivery timelines, surcharge status, and WIP summaries.

Customer Communication

• Confirm delivery dates upon PO receipt.

• Conduct weekly meetings with buyers to review WIP and production status.

• Negotiate with buyers regarding any adjusted delivery dates.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in the garment industry or a related field.

• Understanding of garment technical/industry in general.

• English language proficiency required;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
